AUREN NOIR – REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after receiving your payment
    confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping and Delivery
    Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected by the customer and are determined by
    the carrier. Auren Noir uses various carriers depending on destination and service availability.
    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number provided by the shipping company.
  3. Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout. Auren Noir
    is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses. However, we will
    assist you in locating or resolving any issues when possible.
  4. Delays and Force Majeure
    While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier
    interruptions are beyond our control. We will make every effort to assist you in tracking and
    resolving shipping issues.
  5. Damaged or Stolen Products
    Refunds are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or are reported stolen during
    transit. If a product is stolen during delivery, you must file a claim directly with the shipping
    company. For damaged items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery through our
    Contact Us page and include your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.
  6. Return Procedure for Damaged Items
    Damaged products must be returned to Auren Noir. We will provide a prepaid return label,
    and shipping will be free of charge for the customer. After inspection, the customer may
    choose to receive a refund to the original payment method or request a replacement product.
  7. Refund Timeframe
    Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days or sooner after
    receiving the returned product.
  8. Non-Returnable Items
    Fragrance preferences, opened or used products, and dissatisfaction with scent or sample
    selections are not eligible for returns or refunds.
