We offer physical perfume and fragrance products for sale within the United States. Product
descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort
to display items accurately, but colors or packaging may vary slightly from what is shown. We
reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone for any
reason at any time. - Orders and Payment
All payments are processed securely through our online checkout using credit/debit cards or
Affirm. By submitting an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and that you
are authorized to use the provided payment method. Your order will be processed once
payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized use is
suspected. - Shipping and Delivery
Auren Noir currently ships only within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending
on destination and courier performance. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times,
Auren Noir is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events
beyond our control. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided to the
customer. - Returns and Damaged Items
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged. To file a claim, you must submit it
through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your claim must include:
order number, tracking number, description of the damage, and clear photos of the product
and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without documentation may not be
accepted. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund
at our discretion. We do not accept returns for opened or used items, or for reasons related to
personal preference. - Promotions and Offers
